Mini Rugby is a modified non-competitive game for Under 6 to Under 9 girls and boys.

• Age groups are based on the age your child turns in 2024 e.g A child turning 7 between 01/01/24 - 31/12/24 will be Under 7. Note that, while there is no Under 5 age group, children turning 5 in 2024 can still register to play in the Under 6 competition.

• Teams consist of seven players per side (ten per side in Under 9s).

• Matches consist of two 15 minute halves (20 minute halves in Under 9s).

• Under 6 & Under 7 age groups play two handed tag, with no tackling or scrums.

• Under 8 & Under 9 age groups introduce tackling plus non-competitive scrums and line-outs.
