Before You Begin

Please ensure you have the following:

• Your Active Kids voucher number. You will need this voucher number during the registration process to reduce your cost by $100.

• A current photo of your child (head shot)

• The weight and height of your child

• The approximate shoe, shorts and jersey sizes of your child (if you are not sure which to chose, pick one and get in touch with us after you complete registration, we’re happy to help).

Registration Steps

Step 1

Login to the Rugby Xplorer website to begin registration. This is an Australian wide registration system which must be used by all clubs in Australia

• If you have registered in prior years, log in using the email address you previously used for registration otherwise you will need to create a whole new account.

• If your child is new, or you are registering with a new email, you will be asked to create an new account .

• Create an account in your name, as the parent, and then add all your children that are intending to play.

Step 2

When you are ready to register click on the name of your child, then click NEXT and follow the below steps:

1. Club Name – Enter Easts Wallaroos JRUFC, click on it, then click NEXT

2. Registration Type - ‘Role’ click on Players, ‘Registration Type’ click on XV Juniors, ‘Duration’ click on Season. Then click NEXT

3. Personal details – Enter as applicable. Then click NEXT

4. Headshot – Upload relevant picture, the Headshot must be public, so click NOT PRIVATE.

5. Additional Details - Enter Address, Gender, Country. Then click CONFIRM, then NEXT

6. Emergency Contact – Enter details. Then click NEXT

7. Additional Questions - Enter weight and height details. Then click NEXT

8. Add an item - Choose your uniform sizes by entering ‘1’ next to the relevant item – please pick only one size each for socks, jersey and shorts.

9. Registration Summary - Registration is $250 per child (under 6s & 7s) which reduces to $150 with your active kids voucher (add it on this screen). Registration is $275 for Under 8s & 9s which reduces to $175 with active kids voucher. Please note there is a credit card surcharge of 2% for amount payable. Click Finish.

   If you have more children repeat the above steps to register them as well.
